The three-dot menu at the end of each row (or the floating button on grid cards) offers: Edit (opens the full form), Convert to Ingredient (on the Sub-Recipes list) or Convert to Subrecipe (on the Ingredients list) after an "Are you sure?" confirmation, Clone, Delete and Restore. Delete and Restore are also available in bulk: tick the checkboxes (or the header checkbox to select all) and click the red Delete or green Restore button that appears in the toolbar.
