The modal lists the three most recent uploads for the location (or for all locations) with date, user, row count and mode; any run from today is tagged Same day and a note says Someone already uploaded to this location today - worth a look before spending another $1.75 on a duplicate. Click View all to open the history and check what that run changed. If the earlier run already covers your rows, cancel; if it was wrong, undo it from its detail page and then upload again; if your file adds different rows, go ahead - each applied run is a separate $1.75 charge.
