The Shippo test calculation fails or shows 'Not Connected' - what should I check?
- Not Connected / Enter your API key above and save to connect - the key for the currently selected environment is empty (a live key does nothing while the environment is Sandbox, and vice versa).
- Error <message> in Connection Status - Shippo rejected the key; re-copy it from Shippo.
- Sender Location: Not Set - open Pickup Points and enable Primary Shipping Sender Location on the location you ship from; rates cannot be calculated without a sender address.
- No parcel templates found - create a parcel template in the Shippo dashboard first, then reopen the card.
- Run Test Calculation returns an error - it uses a fixed Florida test address and 5 meals; the message shown is the exact reason from the rate engine (missing sender, no carriers connected in Shippo, key issues).
- Invalid Permissions - the test button requires the Shippo module and the Integrations permission.
