Ingredient-level reports recalculate every recipe for every order in the range and, with swaps enabled, also check every order for ingredient swaps, so very wide ranges can take a long time. Run them per delivery date or per week, pick a single kitchen rather than Global View, and use the per-section print/export buttons instead of the whole report. The By Pounds report was already optimised for wide ranges; for the others a shorter range is the reliable fix.
