The Members link is missing from a customer's dashboard. Why?
Check, in order:
- Account members are enabled on your Sprwt account (Subscription Memberships module or a Base/Pro/Enterprise plan). Without it the link never shows.
- The customer is not a member themselves. Members (customers with an account manager) are redirected away from the Members page and should use their manager. Confirm on the customer's profile Members tab whether an Account Manager is set.
- The customer is logged in to the dashboard, not browsing as a guest.
