The dashboard always lands on the earliest delivery date that has not been finished. If that is a date in the past, some old day was never marked Finish Production. Open that date from the calendar (it will be orange or green), click Close Meal Selections if it is still open, then Finish Production. Repeat for any other unfinished old dates, and the dashboard will land on the correct upcoming day. To prevent it recurring, keep Finish Production Automation Delay (days) at a small value so the system finishes forgotten days for you.
