Check these in order:

1. The weekday rule – the job closes dates when it runs on the trigger weekday after the Time to close; if that weekday is switched off in the Cut-off Timer, nothing fires. Also confirm the days value actually reaches the delivery date (the helper text under the row lists the days that will be closed).
2. The date was reopened – a date that was auto-closed once and then reopened by hand is never re-closed automatically; the dashboard header shows a red warning. Close it manually.
3. Job timing – the job runs periodically, so a date may close a little after the configured minute.
4. Time zone – times are evaluated in your account's configured time zone; make sure it matches your kitchen.
