That tag only appears for superadmin accounts browsing the Grab&Go page - it is a debugging aid so Sprwt staff can tell at a glance whether a card is a kitchen-owned retail location or a wholesaler's location. Regular customers and non-superadmin staff never see it; the card only shows the location's photo, name and address to them. If you are testing Grab&Go as a superadmin and see this label, it is expected and does not indicate a configuration problem.
