Sprwt flags an account as Onboarding Overdue when it has stayed in onboarding for over three months without going live. When the flag is set, every page of the site (admin and storefront) for everyone except Sprwt super-admins is replaced by the Onboarding Due page: We haven't heard from you, is everything okay? We want to help!!, explaining that the onboarding team will help you launch, with a Schedule Call button that books a call with Sprwt. Only the login page still works. To restore access, schedule the call or raise a ticket; Sprwt can then clear the flag or set it to Override Onboarding Overdue. Sprwt super-admins see an Onboarding Overdue badge in the header instead of the block page.
