Not on the Configuration page in the current version — the per-email on/off switches are hidden here. Use the Emails page (`/admin/emails`, permission Emails in the Business Settings group) to enable, disable and edit each system email template. The Configuration page's Email tab only covers the sender identity (From address/name, BCC), the company contact email and the email-validation security switch.
