The Cut-off Timer page has a Retail tab in its design, but in the current version it is hidden — only the Meal Prep tab is shown, and its rules apply to all delivery dates. The underlying Days Before to Close Retail / Hours to close Retail settings still exist but are not used by the closing job.

Grab & Go pickup locations are different: each location can carry its own cut-off days/hours (set on the location itself), and the Grab & Go ordering pages evaluate those per location using the same window logic. See the Retail Locations and Grab & Go article for that setup.
