No. Purchase Stock is an à la carte order placed against the wholesale menu for that date - the kitchen produces to that order, so there is no on-hand-stock check or quantity cap the way there is on the Grab&Go storefront (which only lets a customer buy up to the current stock at a location). A wholesaler can order any quantity of any meal that is on one of their assigned wholesale menus for an open date; the only automatic limits that apply are the general cart rules (e.g. delivery-day cutoffs) shared with other à la carte ordering. Their purchased meals become on-hand stock at their wholesale location only once your kitchen finishes that delivery day.
