When a refund is sent back to a card through Stripe, Sprwt records a Sprwt refund fee equal to a percentage of the refunded amount (the Stripe: Sprwt Refund Fee Percentage (%) setting, 2.4% by default, managed by Sprwt) and charges it to your connected Stripe account as Sprwt Refund Fee - #<order>. Refunds to the customer's digital wallet carry no fee. If a Real Time (Uber) order is refunded after the courier was already requested, the Uber cancel fee is deducted from the refundable amount.
