Yes. On the role edit page, each permission group (Dashboard, Reports, Users, Stripe, etc.) has its own Toggle All checkbox in the panel header. Checking it turns on every permission in that group; unchecking it turns them all off. It also updates itself automatically — if you manually check every individual permission in a group, its Toggle All box ticks itself, and unchecking any one of them un-ticks it.
