Yes, although it is not listed in the Sales Reports menu in the current version. Type the address /admin/stats/cashflow (optionally with ?begin=...&end=...). It requires the Accounting module, the Cashflow permission and the Business Intel. Unlocker/Base-or-higher plan.

The page has Revenue Summary and Revenue Detailed tabs and an Export CSV button. It groups your Accounting transactions in the range into Operating Activities (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Payroll, Sales Taxes, Other), Investing Activities (Property, Plant, Equipment; Other) and Financing Activities (Loans and Lines of Credit; Owners and Shareholders; Other), each with a Net Cash from ... total, plus an Overview with Starting Balance (transactions before the Begin date), Ending Balance, Gross Cash Inflow, Gross Cash Outflow and Net Cash Change. Outgoing transactions are counted as negative amounts.
