No. The registration question is a separate survey feature under Client Config > Business: Website: Register: Show How did you hear about us question, Register: How did you hear about us question (the label text) and Register: Allow Other Options for Referral. Answers are stored on the customer and reported under the User Registration Referral report; they do not create wallet credits. The refer-a-friend program (Marketing Hub) is what pays the referrer and the friend.
