No. An older Sprwt Ticket Support card connected to Freshdesk exists in the code but is commented out and cannot be opened in the current version; it was replaced by a Bolddesk-based card that keeps the same Sprwt Ticket Support name. If your account was connected to Freshdesk in the past, use the current card to connect to the current help desk instead.
