No. Deleting (from the row menu, the bulk Delete button, or switching Is Active? off) only marks the meal inactive: it is hidden from the normal Meal Recipes list, excluded from the Meal Prices grid, and no longer offered when building menus, but the recipe, its ingredients and all past orders remain. Tick Show Inactive Meals and use Restore to bring it back at any time. There is no hard-delete button in the admin.
