Yes. Every POS sale is stored as a normal checkout (same order record, same statuses, same refund tooling), just tagged with the POS Device it was rung up on and, when relevant, a cash drawer. That's why POS sales show up in Customer Orders (/admin/checkouts) as well as in the dedicated POS reports, and why an admin can open any POS sale from /admin/checkouts/{id} and see the POS device, pickup point, and cashier (employee) who rang it up. Opening any checkout only requires normal checkout-view access — the extra POS device/cashier detail block simply won't display if the account's POS module isn't enabled.
