Yes. Every stock save (the ingredient form, the inline edit in the list or Inventory Shopping List, the per-location pop-up, or a receipt import) records a stock movement with the stock before, the new stock and the user who made the change. In the current version this history is not shown as its own page; it powers the Newly purchased strip ("Based on recent stock movements") on the Ingredients list, which highlights up to 6 of the most recent ingredients whose stock was updated.
