• Instagram: Authorization failed or was cancelled. - you closed the Instagram login window or denied access. Click Connect Instagram again and approve.
• Instagram: <message from Meta> during connect - the App ID/App Secret pair is wrong, the app is still in development mode without your Instagram account added as a tester, or the redirect address /admin/integrations?redirect=instagram_callback is not whitelisted in the Meta app.
• Instagram: No token found. Please connect first. - you tried to refresh a token before connecting.
• Enter your App ID and App Secret above before connecting. - one of the two fields on the card is empty.

All of these come back as a red banner at the top of the Integrations page.
