No. Applying a preset copies its meals onto the date; there is no ongoing link. Editing the preset afterwards (adding or removing meals, renaming it) changes only the preset and future applications. To update dates already built, re-apply the updated preset (which adds any new meals) and remove unwanted meals manually, or clear and re-apply.
