No. When Sprwt evaluates rules for a transaction it only considers rules whose category is allowed for that transaction's type. A keyword on an expense category will therefore only be applied to Withdrawals (and to Deposits only in the narrow sense of Refund for expense, which some expense categories are permitted to use). A deposit that matches an expense keyword outside that allowance, and no income rule, simply stays uncategorized. If you want both directions covered, add the keyword to an income category as well.
