Not automatically. There are two different ways a delivery date becomes "Finished":

1. Manual Finish - an admin clicks Finish for that date on the Meal Prep Dashboard (or the Catering or Metrics dashboards). This both marks the date finished and (when the wholesale module is active) runs a step that adds every wholesaler's purchased-but-not-yet-delivered meals for that date to their wholesale location's on-hand stock as a stock movement.
2. Auto-finish - the nightly cron closes and finishes any date left open past Finish Production Automation Delay (Client Config > Business: General, default 2 days). This path only flips the date's Closed/Finished flags in the database - it does not run the wholesaler stock-crediting step.

So if a wholesale order's delivery date is left to auto-finish rather than being finished by hand, the wholesaler's stock for that date is never credited automatically, and their on-hand stock will look short. Finish wholesale delivery dates manually from the Dashboard, or check and correct wholesaler stock (My Wholesale > Stock Management, or the admin Stock Management page) for any date that auto-finished.
