No. The wizard sets up one kitchen at a time. Steps whose content is per kitchen (Delivery settings, Events, Meal recipes/menus, Products, Ordering system) read and save against the kitchen selected in the top selector, so each kitchen has its own progress there. Account-wide steps (Connect your services, Get started, Business settings, Kitchen settings, Website design, Marketing hub, Go live) are shared. Switch back to the first kitchen to see its progress again, and repeat the per-kitchen steps for each additional kitchen.
