No. When a page's slug changes, Sprwt automatically rewrites every Menu Builder item and every page's own Header/Footer Menu assignment that pointed to pages/<old-slug> so they point to the new slug, and creates a 301 redirect from the old address to the new one for any link it can't rewrite. The one exception is Custom Link 1/2 under Theme: Navigation — those are plain text fields, not linked to the page record, so they are not rewritten automatically; update those manually if you use them.
