On the 2FA verification screen click Use recovery code instead and enter one of the 8 recovery codes you were given when you set up 2FA. Each recovery code can only be used once; after it's used it's removed from your list so it can't be reused. If you've used all of them, contact the business — there's no self-service way to regenerate them from the customer side.
