Your tool identified itself as a scripted HTTP client (curl, python-requests, Postman, Go-http-client …) or a driver-controlled browser (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, headless Chrome). By default scripted clients are allowed on public pages (so monitors and integrations work) but refused on the admin and the checkout; driver-controlled browsers are refused everywhere because nothing legitimate drives one through a menu, a checkout or an admin screen. The request is recorded with a reference number. If it is a legitimate integration, ask Sprwt support to add its user agent or IP to the AI block exceptions allowlist or to give you the authorised key; otherwise use a normal browser session for admin work.
