No. The proposal editor tracks unsaved changes in the main form and warns you before you navigate away so you don't lose edits. Sending messages, uploading documents and creating tasks are saved immediately in the background and do not trigger the warning; line items, event details, payment options and status are only stored when you click Save. If you see the prompt, go back and click Save first.
