Yes. On the dashboard for that date the Workflow column shows Reopen Production ("Mark production active again if changes are needed") with the status Finished. Click it and confirm; the date goes back to closed but not finished, so you can run Auto Select again, edit orders, or reopen meal selections afterwards. Note that any wholesale stock movements created when the day was finished are not reversed automatically.
