Website pages built with the page builder's System Modules block have their own per-module Title / Subtitle / Description / Image fields, and the block shows a note next to each one: To make changes on this module Global you must edit it on Config > Order: <module>. If a block field is filled in, it overrides the global Configuration value on that page only; leave it blank and the page falls back to the global Title/Subtitle/Description/Image from the matching Order tab. Either clear the block's local fields so the global text is used, or edit the block directly in the page builder at Pages.
