I cancelled or refunded an order after it was already exported to Root Planner or Root Deliveries. Does that remove or cancel the stop automatically?

No. Cancelling or refunding an order in Sprwt does not talk to Root Planner or Root Deliveries at all — there is no automatic link between an order's payment/cancellation status and a stop that was already sent. A fully refunded or cancelled order is excluded from future export runs for that delivery date (Sprwt's export queries only pick up orders that are Unpaid, Paid, or Partially Refunded), but a stop that already reached Root Planner or Root Deliveries stays there untouched.

To actually remove it:

  • Root Deliveries — if you have the Manage Root Delivery Stops permission, delete the individual stop or cancel the whole route from Deliveries > Deliveries.
  • Root Planner — there is no delete/cancel control inside Sprwt; remove or reassign the stop directly in Root Planner.
