Adding, removing, clearing, applying presets and random generation require an admin-level account (attached to a user profile or role, or super admin) on top of the Create menus permission; a plain staff login without any role can only view. On the Catering Menu the save is also refused unless Catering: Allow Online Ordering is set to Yes. Finally, the date must exist as a delivery date - if the dd in the URL is not a real date, the save is ignored; navigate through the calendar instead of typing dates.
