The Deliveries > Root Planner and RootPlanner Sync Report items (and the Root Planner page itself) only appear when both the module is active and the API Token has been saved. With an empty token the page redirects you back to the dashboard. Add the token under Marketing > Integrations > Root Planner or Business Settings > Configuration > Root Planner and the menu items will show up.
