This internal setting (set by Sprwt during onboarding; its label links to Stripe's Connect pricing page) tells Sprwt whether your country is served through Stripe's cross-border payout network rather than as a full Stripe country. When it is set to Yes:

• Express onboarding uses the recipient service agreement instead of the full agreement.
• The statement descriptor shown on your Stripe Account Settings page always uses the SP prefix instead of reading a prefix from your Stripe account.
• Fee reporting expects the Cross-Border Fee Percentage (default 0.5%) to apply, and the Processing Fees page explains the extra cross-border payout fee and 1-2% exchange fee.

If your country is instead supported as an On-Behalf-Of (OBO) country, Sprwt can enable Stripe: Lower OBO Rates so you get reduced interchange rates. Which one applies depends on your country of record; ask support if you are unsure. Changing this after onboarding does not change the agreement your Stripe account was created with, and this setting is not shown on any customer-visible settings page - it is configured for you by Sprwt.
