By default (Popup Settings - Show on Every Load = No) each browser sees the popup once; Sprwt remembers the Popup ID in the visitor's browser so it is not repeated. To show it again to everyone, change 1. Popup - ID to a new value (e.g. bump the date in it): a new ID is treated as a brand-new popup. Set Show on Every Load = Yes to open it on every page view, which is useful while testing but intrusive for customers.
