Every applied upload costs a flat $1.75, taken from the Sprwt AI balance (the same credit pot used by other AI features) at the moment you confirm on the review screen. Analyzing, reviewing, downloading the template and downloading skipped rows are free. The modal shows Confirming charges $1.75 and Balance $X -> $Y - logged to AI usage history, and the fee appears in your AI usage history as Retail stock upload: N rows, location #ID (file name). If the balance is below $1.75 the Apply button is disabled with Not enough AI balance to run this upload. Top up to continue. A re-upload after fixing skipped rows is a new $1.75 charge, and undoing an upload (the Undo this upload button on the upload's detail page) does not refund the fee. Note that the AI balance is shared account-wide across every kitchen/reseller, not per kitchen.
