Each committed upload (clicking Apply on the Review screen) charges a flat $1.75 against your Sprwt AI balance, no matter how many rows it contains; just previewing/reviewing a file charges nothing. If your balance is below $1.75 the Apply button is disabled and the modal shows you cannot commit; you need to top up your AI credits first. If someone already ran an upload for the same location(s) today, the modal warns you before you spend another $1.75 on a possible duplicate. The receipt screen and the Stock Upload History page (/admin/menus/retail/stock-uploads) show every run with who ran it, how many rows applied, whether it deducted as Sold, and the fee charged.
