Normally it's the business-wide amounts set under "Digital Amount to Referring Customer" (you) and "Digital Amount to Referred Customer" (your friend). However, some individual accounts can have custom override amounts set on them, in which case your specific rate takes priority over the site-wide default. The invite pop-up always shows the exact amount that applies to you.
