For each active reason Sprwt counts how many pause/cancel records reference it (every pause or cancellation creates one record, so a customer who paused twice for "Travelling" counts twice). The percentage is that count divided by the total number of records across all active reasons, rounded to a whole number. Pauses and cancellations are added together — there is no split by type in the percentage, but the Types column and the pop-up's Type badges tell you which flow each use came from. Records for inactive reasons are left out of both the count and the total.
