When you add a portion, Sprwt proposes a price: the meal's normal price for the default portion; for other portion sizes, the meal price plus that portion's upgrade price. If your kitchen has a Portion Size Default Catering configured, catering-type portions are based on that catering price instead. You can then type any unit price directly in the row — the value you enter is what's saved and charged, and price changes are recorded in the Activity log ("Meal updated"). If Price Per Person is switched on, meal prices are ignored in the total (see the price-per-person question).
