For each meal and portion at a location, Sprwt uses the custom Grab&Go price if one has been set for that line (wholesalers set it in My Wholesale > Stock Management > Edit Price); otherwise it uses the meal's normal price plus the portion's upgrade price. Wholesale-run locations can also carry a Default Surcharge that is added on top of the kitchen's retail price when no custom price is set. Meal cards show a single price or a from - to range when portions differ. The Grab&Go checkout applies the cart's tax rate for the day and the module's minimums (see Business: Cart settings).
