For an in-house route the fee starts at the zip code's Default Delivery Price. Then:

• If Dynamic Delivery Price rows exist, the row with the highest Cart Subtotal threshold that the order's subtotal reaches replaces the price (e.g. subtotal ≥ $100 → $0).
• If the route has Charge only one fee per day of pickup? on and the customer already has a delivery order for the same date, route, zip and state, the fee becomes $0.
• A coupon with free delivery zeroes the fee (recorded as a discount); a coupon that applies to delivery discounts it.
• If Charge taxes on delivery? (Client Config > Business: Payment) is Yes, tax is added on the fee.

Uber Direct routes replace the zip price with the live Uber quote plus fees; Shippo routes use the carrier rate plus the processing fee, shown separately from the delivery line.
