The Catering Menu (/admin/menus/catering) keeps a separate meal list per date for online catering orders. Differences: it uses the kitchen's Catering fulfilment weekdays; its Select Meals window filters by catering-specific portion sizes; before your site goes live the page can show a Fulfillment Days Missing dialog if no catering weekday is set; Clone Menu copies to every date in the chosen range (not just catering weekdays, and including closed or finished dates); and adding meals (manually, from a preset, or randomly) requires the Order: Catering tab's Catering: Allow Online Ordering setting to be Yes - otherwise the save is refused and you're redirected to the dashboard. Everything else (buttons, table, CSV, presets tagged "Catering") works the same.
