The Category list depends on the Type. For a Deposit the groups are: Transfer from Bank, Credit Card, or Loan, Deposit from personal, Refund for expense (each expense account shown as Refund for …), Income Accounts, Sales Tax Refund from Governament, Assets Accounts, Liability Accounts and Equity Accounts. For a Withdrawal the groups become Transfer from Bank, Credit Card, or Loan, Personal Expense or Withdrawal, Refund for income, Expenses Accounts, Sales Tax Refund from Governament, Assets Accounts, Liability Accounts and Equity Accounts. When you switch Type the list is rebuilt; if the current selection was the Uncategorized default it switches to the other type's Uncategorized account, otherwise your selection is kept if it still exists.
