Clicking Preview on a card (or in the editor header) opens a page with a dark bar showing the template name, a Template Preview pill and Edit, Back to list and Print buttons. A yellow banner explains that the preview uses placeholder data: blocks are rendered with a sample event (— Sample Event —, 50 guests), a customer called Sample Customer, no meals and zero totals. The real customer name, meals, dates and pricing are filled in only when the template is applied to a proposal. The same preview, without the bar, is what the card thumbnails on the list page show.
