If you've created Sub-Ingredient Groups (a way to organize your sub-recipes, e.g. "Sauces," "Doughs"), the report clusters sub-recipes under their group. Groups themselves are listed in the order you created them (there's no separate group-ordering control), and within each group the sub-recipes are sorted by their own configured position, alphabetically as a tiebreaker. Any sub-recipe that isn't in an active group — or every sub-recipe, if you haven't created any groups at all — falls into a catch-all "No group" section.
