The Real Time Menu (/admin/menus/realtime, in the Real Time sidebar group next to its Settings page) lists what can be ordered for immediate/on-demand fulfilment. It uses the kitchen's Realtime fulfilment weekdays, defaults to today when opened without a date (other menus jump to the next open date), and lists dates regardless of their closed/finished flag so you can keep today's menu up to date. Cloning copies to realtime dates in the range. Requires the Real Time module.
