The POS Menu (/admin/menus/pos, under the POS sidebar group) defines which meals your POS terminals can sell on each date. It uses the same Meal Prep fulfilment weekdays as the meal-prep menu but stores its own list, so you can offer a shorter or different range at the till. Build it with Select Meals, presets tagged POS, random generation or Clone (which targets POS dates only). It requires the POS module and the Create menus permission.
