Each ingredient panel header shows the quantity you entered with its unit and a Prod. Price for that line (quantity x the ingredient's price / the ingredient's "by quantity" amount). Note this uses the ingredient's plain price only — it does not add in a labour cost even if that ingredient is itself a labour-priced sub-recipe. Inside the panel you see the Quantity input, a summary of the macros contributed by that quantity, an edit icon that opens the ingredient in a new tab and a trash icon to remove the line. The totals at the top (Prod. Price next to "Sub-recipe Ingredients") and in the macro table update live as you type.
